KAVIX AI · RISK ENGINE

The KAVIX AI Risk Engine

The Risk Engine is the set of limits KAVIX applies to every trade on a connected MT5 account. It limits risk; it cannot remove it.

The limits on every trade

Risk per trade

0.5% (Safe), 1% (Balanced, the default) or up to the plan’s ceiling, chosen by the trader.

Open-risk caps

Combined open risk is capped at 2% per correlated group and 4% in total.

Daily loss stop

3% of balance by default.

Weekly loss stop

6%.

Drawdown stop

10%.

Trades per day

Each plan sets its own daily ceiling, from 5 to 50 trades a day. It is a ceiling, never a target.

Stop-loss and take-profit

Every order is sent with both, and they sit at the broker.

Emergency stop

The trader can press it at any time.

How a position is sized

Position size is calculated from the account’s equity and the chosen risk per trade.

The trader never types a lot size. Gaps, news and slippage can still move a price past a stop, so a loss can be larger than the planned risk.

Risk per trade: the three choices

These are ceilings on loss, not return promises. The higher the choice, the more each losing trade costs.

ChoiceRisk per tradeNote
Safe0.5%Half a percent of account equity on each trade.
Balanced1%The default. One percent of account equity on each trade.
Plan ceilingUp to 2%Up to your plan’s ceiling: 2% on Pro, Elite, Gold Intraday and Gold Pro. On Basic and Gold Starter the ceiling is 1%.

Questions and answers

How much can one trade risk?

The trader chooses 0.5% (Safe), 1% (Balanced, the default) or up to the plan’s ceiling: 1% on KAVIX Basic and KAVIX Gold Starter, 2% on the other four plans.

What happens when a loss stop is reached?

Trading stops. The daily loss stop is 3% of balance by default, the weekly stop is 6% and the drawdown stop is 10%.

Does the Risk Engine remove the risk of loss?

No. It limits risk; it cannot remove it. The KAVIX rules aim to win often with targets that are smaller than their stops, so one losing trade can cancel roughly three winning ones. Losing trades and losing weeks are normal.
